INSTITUTION AT A GLANCE

Veer Teja Mahila Sikshan & Sodh sansthan(VTMSSS) has been set up to provide quality education to girls of rural area irrespective of caste, religion or Socio-economic status. The Institute is located midway between Mundwa and Khajwna. It is well connected by road and rail. Over the vast and lush green area, College education and various technical and vocational courses will be launched in a phased manner to realize the motto, “sarve janah sukhino bhawantu”. At present the institute has a residential girl’s Sr. Sec. Secondary school, Girls College and B.Ed Girls College. The students are admitted from standard 5th. We have well qualified and committed teachers on staff to develop the personality in mind, body and spirit. The Institute tries to make learning a joyful experience using different methods of teaching. This upcoming progressive institution lays an equal emphasis on English and Computer education. English is taught from class 5th. The basic knowledge of agriculture, craft and cooking is also provided. The newspapers and periodicals are made available to nourish the girls’ love of learning.

The Institute has been furnished with well equipped library. The Institute prepares girls not only for academic excellence but for life as well through the curricular and co-curricular activities. We arrange music, dance, dramatics, drawing, quiz, debates, mental ability activities for nourishing talent and potentialities.

The institution provides indoor and outdoor activities for mental and physical fitness. Sport, Games, Gymnastics & Yoga are the regular feature of t its calendar. It provides the facilities in Gymnastic Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Volley Ball, Basketball, Badminton, Handball, Table Tennis, 400mt. Track and Ring to develop the qualities of team spirit, Sportsmanship and leadership. Indoor games like chess, carom and China-checker are also provided. It is heartening to note that the gymnastic team secured 1st position in many state level open tournaments. The girls took part in National Open Gymnastic competitions at Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) and National Inter School competition at Gurudaspur (Punjab) representing Rajasthan state. The Institute has well furnished hostel. It is provided with a T.V. set to listen to the news and watch selected programmes. Students have regular hours of supervised study well balanced and nutritious vegetarian food, Milk and fruit are the part of regular meals along with special diet on every Sunday. The Institute has its own dairy for providing fresh milk to girls. Monthly medical checkup is conducted by a doctor and the health chart is maintained. Every teacher as a House mistress has to look after the academic progress, health and behavior of allotted group of girls.

Thus the regular schedule from 5 am. To 9 pm. will help a child to grow into a full bloomed personality. Our sincere thanks are due to the teaching staff who work with a missionary zeal for the all round development of the child. Our thanks are also due to the visiting teachers who render honorary services to enhance the academic standard and games performance. We express our thanks to Late Shri Ram Karan Ji, Retd. Tashsildar for service in construction of building work. In the end we express our deep sense of gratitude to parents and guardians who sent their dear daughters to this institute with a view to making them better citizens of “TOMORROW”.
