We take great privilege to write this appeal for a great noble cause with serious concern for eradication of Girls illiteracy in the Marwar region of Central and Western Raiasthan i.e. Nagaur, Jodhpur, Pali, Jalour, Sirohi, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Ajmer Districts of Raiasthan. Veer Teja Mahila Shikshan Sansthan (VTMSS) has been set up qualitative education to girls of rural areas irrespective of caste, creed, religion and socio-economic status on no profit earning basis. The aim of VTMSS is to encourage the girls for basic education as well as vocational education. The professional courses, which are only available to Metro Cities, will be introduced and implemented for girls such as IT, electronics, fashion designing and all the other latest subjects which will not only produce girls student as confident to face further career in society but also economically sound. VTMSS will also cater for research work in female illiteracy eradiation programmes as well in higher studies. Rajasthan, especially Marwar region, was under almost non-existence system for girl's education at the time of independence. The peasantry was illiterate, ignorant, poor and helpless. They were exploited socially, politically and economically by vested interested people in the name of negative effects of education for centuries. VTMSS with fully residential set up is fast coming up with great hope and expectations for the noble cause of girl's education and their overall developments in pure rural environment at an affordable cost for rural population in which education aid is also providing by the Central Govt. To undertake this mammoth uphill mission is non other than Shri Bhanwar Singh Dangawas P.P.M.G., P.P.M.D.S. & Former Minister of State for Home (during B.J.P. Regime till 1998) Rajasthan, who himself dignified and recognized as a one man Army by the whole society. He himself a very highly decorated personality and retired in the year 1984 as Additional Supdt. of Police. He earned following awards such as President Police Medal for Gallantry in the year 1967, President Police Medal for Meritorious and Distinguished Service in the year 1979. Besides above decorations, he is also possessor of Samar Sewa Medal, Sangram Sewa Medal as active participation in 1965 and 1971 Indo Pak war while serving on border and deputation with 15 Battalion BSF on western front. He is still taking all the pains at the age of 75 years even he has dedicated, devoted and courage to under take a project independently as 'VEER TEJA MAHILA SHIKSHAN AUR SHODH SANSTHAN. The proposed deemed University, which he has started in the year 1998 on Vijayadasami day and foundation stone was laid by Shri Om Prakash Chotala, now Chief Minister of Haryana State and son of late Choudhary Devi Lal ji, former Deputy Prime Minister, Govt. of India. Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat then Chief Minister of Rajasthan and now Vice Precedent of Union of India was present on auspicious occasion and graced the occasion. |

The VTMSS is spreading over 660 Bighas of land which was allotted by Rajasthan Govt at Mundawa in Nagaur district Rajastharn for which donation is received from a general public as well as respected dignitaries from over all India and estimated cost for construction work is Rs 1O crore is required from donation. Shri Ram Dasji Agrawal (15 Lakhs), Dr. Mahesh Sharma (10 Lakhs), Dr. Laxmi Malji Singhvi (Former High Commissioner, U.K.) (6.17 Lakhs) all members of Rajyasabha and Shri Ram Raghunathji Choudhary, Member of Parliament, Nagaur (10 Lakhs) donated from their M.P. fund quota. The first phase of poposed Deemed University has already been completed and Secondary level classes also started from July 2002 with a capacity of 200 girls. So far some funds have already been received from general public through donation and being utilize in construction work which is in progress We would like to say nothing more but to humble request to donate with generosity for the noble cause i.e. eradication of female illiteracy. The donated money is exempted from income tax under rule (80)G and a proper receipt will also be sent to you.
