Aims and Objectives
It is proposed to impart various types of professional and technical Diploma training to women in this Institute so that they become self dependent. By this way,
trained women can start their own business and can generate employment opportunities for others also. In this Institute, following types of professional and technical
Diploma training programmes will be started in a phased manner.
VTMSS is not merely an institution but it is a GURUKUL, a PARIVAR because it aims to provide -
· Academic, professional, and technical education in a phased manner to make girls economically self-reliant.
· Balanced physical, moral, ethical, spiritual, human, and cultural values for complete personality development.
· A better citizen to the nation with full self-confidence and self-esteem.
· A firm foundation of schooling essentially required to enable the students; handle the higher educational courses of their choice.
· The best combination of curricular and co-curricular activities.
· A Global view in the present scenario.
· A Deemed University in future.
· A non-profit earning residential institution for the betterment and empowerment of women.
The Institute of Career and Potential Development will be established which will guide and impart coaching for RAS,
IAS, PTET, RPMT, RPET, IIT-JEE, Baking and other competitive examinations. It will also guide for personality development, language proficiency skills, communication skills and life skills. This Institute will be
like a torch in dark which will bring light in the life of women and will help them to improve their social, educational, economical and mental development.
Present education scenario
1. School Education: - within a span of five years the residential nonprofit upper primary school started with forty girls grew into a senior secondary girls’
school in the year 2004. It is affiliated to the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer with two faculties (streams). The medium of instruction is Hindi.
A. Science Faculty: - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and computer.
B. Arts Faculty: - Hindi Literature, English Literature, History, Geography, Political Science.
2. College Education: - The College is started in 2006. It is affiliated to MDS University, Ajmer with all these three streams.
A. Science Faculty: - Chemistry, Botany, Zoology.
B. Arts Faculty: - Hindi Literature, English Literature, History, Geography and Political science.
C. BCA: - With all computers related compulsory subjects.
3. B.Ed. College: - In 2005 after seeking permission from government and NCTE, the Sansthan started a Women Teachers Training College with an intake of 100
students.
A. Science Faculty: - Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, General science.
B. Arts Faculty: - Hindi, English, History, Geography, Social Science, Sanskrit, Home Science, Civics.
